Cancelled my subscription om april 14 (two weeks before due date. Got charged on the april 29.

Why did I get an invoice and got charged even after cancellation??

 

Cant find a way to solve this. Why can´t anyone just anser a call so i can find out. Fell sorry to say but - Irritating.

Hi @Bengan; welcome to the Community and sorry to hear about this.

 

It sounds like the cancellation of the subscription for the account in question didn't go through successfully. 

 

 

As we won't be able to help much here, I'd suggest trying an incognito window while NOT signed into any account to contact our support team directly. 

 

When on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you. 

 

I hope this gets resolved for you soon.
