I received an email today that my Pro subscription will be renewed on February 15 (I was first billed for it in February 2020). There is no link for me to cancel the subscription (it was done on my computer, not my iPhone). My Dropbox profile shows that I have a basic subscription. How do I cancel the subscription? Ed

You likely have another Dropbox account under a different email, and that's the one that has a paid subscription. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the email address associated with the paid account. Sign in to that account and you'll see a Cancel plan link at the bottom of the Plan page.
