Cancelling my unused account

I have followed the instructions on how to delete my account in order to cancel my paid, unused account but when I click Settings, General, there is no option to Delete Account. ??

Hey @johnbrodnax, thanks for reaching out to us. 

 

If you're having trouble deleting your account, it sounds like you may still be on a paid subscription or be part of a free team. 

 

If so, you'll have to first either:

Once you do that, you should be able to delete your account.
