Can anyone help - I need to contact dropbox as my account details say basic yet I have been charged for an upgraded account. How do I cancel a subscription that doesn't seem to exist yet. 

Is there a customer support email? The website takes you round in circles and the robot answers do not help at all.

Hi @LizRobinson, I'm sorry to hear about that!

Can you confirm for me, was the charge made directly to Dropbox, or through the Google/Apple app store?

It will show on your bank statement if the charge was made through Google/Apple, or just show "DROPBOX" if it was direct.

Let me know and we can go from there!

Can you use the lookup tool here to see which account the charge is associated with?

On my credit card statement, there is ony this after dropbox, sorry
