Hoping you can help me. I want to cancel Dropbox but I signed up for a subscription via the App Store and there is no “cancel subscription” button. There is this option for every other subscription app I’ve ever purchased but not for Dropbox. I feel like I’m being scammed here as I can’t cancel it any other way. Please help . Thank you
That isnt a Dropbox issue then - thats a bug and fault with the Apple App Store.
Or you actually have signed up and joined Dropbox with a different app store email and account. Either way all billing via the app store is done at the app store - Dropbox has no control over it at all.
