Cannot Downgrade Business Standard

I have had a personal acount for years and tried the business account but it didn't work for me.  Now I cannot go back.

I went to the admin console, went to Plan and there is no option to cancel.  It just offers "see other plans".  Also it says my account is "full" with 156.5MB of 1KB.  

Why can't I go back to the old personal plan?

Hey there @mlweare, I hope you're well today!


It looks like the account entered a locked state after the subscription ended. 


When you have the time, please check out this article for more info on this. Since you'd like to revert back to a personal account, the best option would be to disband the team.
