I am trying to cancel a charge on an unknown account. The lineitem "Dropbox" on my statement does not have any 12-digit ID--only shorter or longer ID codes.

Hi there @allisongraham, welcome to the Dropbox Community!

 

If you find an unidentified Dropbox charge on your credit card but you're having trouble looking it up and cancelling it, you can contact our Support team regarding your billing concern, here, from an incognito window by filling out the relevant information. Note that including the transaction ID is optional.
