Cannot access subscription features

Problem:  I subscribe to Dropbox Professional.  However, when I log in (does not matter from which device), I am only given access to the basic (free) Dropbox storage and features. I am then only offered the chance to upgrade because my Dropbox is almost full...

Has anyone suffered this problem? Is there a fix?

Hi @kduser, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

Can you confirm for me, did you upgrade through the app store on a mobile device, or directly through the Dropbox website?

I think it was on the app but if I’m honest I cannot remember. It was quite a while ago and I have been meaning to raise the problem for a long time

In that case, you should be able to confirm from how the charge appears in your bank statement @kduser.

It will show there if it was through the Google/Apple app store, or something like "DROPBOX*123ABC456DEF" if it was directly to Dropbox.

If the charge was made through Dropbox, can you use the look up tool here to check which account the charge is associated with?

It's billed through the Apple app store.  Here's a screen shot of the invoice from Apple
