My team admin and I both signed up for free Dropbox Business trial on 3/19/21. She disbanded the team and cancelled her free trial today. Earlier I received an email that my team has been disbanded. I tried to cancel my free trial. But my business account no longer show up when I log in. I only see my personal account. Has my free trial cancelled already? I do not want to be charged $199 when the trial ends on 4/19/21. How can I cancel when I cannot find the account? I submit my question and the reply was what is my transaction number. But I do not have one since I have not been charged yet. Then I was told to get help here. Please help. Thank you.
