Cannot change my email address

Cannot change my email address

When I created my account I used my work email. I never verified this email address however. Now I cannot change my email as it wants to verify the first email. I can still access my account but there appears to be no workaround if your first email is no longer valid and you never verified it. Any way to force an email change?

Hi @fdelorey,

Take a look here: https://www.dropbox.com/account

Isn't the "edit" next to your email working? Your new email have to be valid and not used in any other Dropbox account yet.
