Hello. This is currently not the account that I'm having issues with. I have an account by another user name but I tried to reset the password and now it is saying that the account is deleted when we never did that. Can you please tell me what I am supposed to do or how I am supposed to get into my account.

How long ago did you last use the account. If it was idle for more than a year, it would have been deleted due to inactivity.
I was in the account Sunday night. There is no reason for it to be gone. Any other ideas of how to contact someone at Dropbox or get into this account. I have to have access to this.
