Cannot open ticket

Cannot open ticket

Hi there,

 

I can't view my ticket. I click "open" ticket and it just brings me back to the previous screen to view the ticket. I click on view ticket and it shows the button to open again but just loops. My ticket closes in 16 hours. Please advise.

Hi @dsayavong, thanks for posting today!

Are you trying to view the ticket on the site? Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps? 

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely. 

I can see that an agent has replied to that ticket, which should be in your email inbox. Could you try replying to it from there?
