I hve a new computer and when I went to log into Dropbox said my password is wrong. I pressed the forgot password button and it said it sent a email to my inbox and I never received it. I went through all the steps about making sure no-reply was in my contacs and nothing was goingto my junk or spam folders. I am still logged into my account on my Iphone so I know my account is active. How can I reset my password or log on?
Are you using a custom domain name, or a public email provider?
If the email isn't appearing in the spam or junk folder and you've added email@example.com to the contacts list, then the email might not be reaching your inbox at all, so you might need to check with the email provider.
