Change Plus plan from yearly to monthly payment

I am trying to change my billing plan from yearly to monthly but in settings -- billing-- billing period  the change option appears in grey and I cannot select it

Ah, I see now; thanks for the screenshot @SueValente!

 

It seems like the date of your renewal has passed; have you been charged for that yet?

 

As I can't see a receipt for that, I'm assuming no, but please correct me if I'm wrong. 

 

If I'm correct in my assumptions, you'll need to downgrade your account and then re-upgrade to the desired plan on the monthly subscription. 

 

Let me know if this makes sense.

If you get the same results after clearing your browser's cache and/or on another browser, could you send me a screenshot of how this looks like on your end so I can advise further?

It worked! I downgraded it to Basic and then upgraded to Plus with a monthly payment.
