Change credit card, same US currency by non-US country

Explorer | Level 3

Need to pay with a new credit card. The new card is in USD but because it is issued from a non-US location (Grenada) I am denied from using it. How do I get to use the new card?

You'll need to change your country to the none-US location.

The only way you can do that is:

  1. Downgrade your current plan at www.dropbox.com/downgrade
  2. Wait till it downgrades (your data is safe, dont panic)
  3. Change your location at www.dropbox.com/account 
  4. Add and use the new card from there.
