Change password

I changed my email years ago because of ISP issue.

My account works with the new email, and I receives infos in my new email but it is my old one that is in my aprofil.

therefore, I can't change my password because my profile is not recognized. 

Could a DropBox Admin contact me at my email

I'm not sure what you mean - do you mean you have 2 accounts? One under new email and one under old? 


If so you cannot get access to the old account without access to the email address I'm afraid.
