Hi,

 

Can someone please advise on how to re-subscribe after we cancel our business account?

 

We need to change the currency/billing info of our business account subscription and I found this instruction on how to do this:

 

"To change your currency, you must cancel your current Dropbox subscription and re-subscribe using a new billing address in your desired country."

 

I tried canceling the account but I can't see any option to re-subscribe. How do I do this?

*** Our renewal is only scheduled tomorrow - 6 September

Hi @helpplease_01 

 

You need to wait until it totally cancels - ie. you are back to the 'free' plan and then go to www.dropbox.com/plans and upgrade again 🙂

hey everyone. received the downgrade notification email from Dropbox with this message and 2 options:

 

You’ve lost the additional space you’ve been using and access to powerful features like the admin console, extended version history, and Smart Sync. Add your billing info now and you can pick up right where you left off.

 

Option 1 Keep Dropbox Business

Option 2 Cancel Dropbox Business and Disband my team

 

I tried Option 1 but it still doesn't let us change the Country and Currency

 

Confirming i should select Option 2?  will there be any issues with accessing our files once we resubscribe since it will be a new account?

Hi @Walter thanks for your reply. All good, we decided to not go ahead with the change of currency. It was too complicated 😄
