I changed my e-mail address. but my files have been deleted. How can I get it back?

Hi @Bsrcft; welcome to the Community!

 

If you just changed the email address of your account, your files shouldn't be affected; did you by accident create a new account using the new email address perhaps? 

 

Can you take a look at your events page to see if you can find any activity there?
