I am trying to change my email address on my account. I have received the verification email and clicked on the link but when I log in through the link it asks me for a code. I no longer have access to the old email address so I cannot get the 6 digit code. What do I do? I am not getting a text with a 6 digit code either. Help please!
Yes, download everything, make a new account, log in and reupload.
If you use it on a computer unlink the account, then I'd suggest moving the folders out of Dropbox and reinstalling: www.dropbox.com/downloading. Once it asks for set up use the new email address and then when the account is linked re-add the files back in to the Dropbox folder.
