Changing email that payment is linked to

I'm currently paying for Dropbox Plus through my work email, but would like to change it so my 5TB is linked to my personal email. Is there a way to do this without having to cancel subscription through the work email, download everything, sign up to a new subscription and re-sync everything?

Hi @edeklerk2, thanks for reaching out to us here!

Currently the Dropbox Plus subscription gives your account 2 TB of space, is it possible that your account is currently part of a business trial?

The business subscription is currently the only one that would give you 5 TB or more of space for your account. Under a business trial, your personal subscriptions will remain in tact.

The reason that I mention this is that it sounds like you'd like to change the email address associated with your Dropbox account, right?

You can usually do this through your account settings here, however on a business team you will need to request the team admin to change the email for you.

You can find the steps for both scenarios mentioned above from this article here
