Changing subscription from annual to monthly

Explorer | Level 3

Hi, our Dropbox subscription is due to renew soon and will roll over for another year. How do I roll over for only one month? I'm not 100% sure what plan I'm currently on either, how do I find that out?

Hey @VLJCCS - thanks for using Dropbox!

You should be able to see this piece of information on your account's plan tab

Having said that and as I'd really like to help with this, note that the team's admin can modify your current Dropbox subscription from the account settings here: https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/billing/manage  while they also get to see the details of their current subscription through the Admin Console.

On that page, you (supposing that you're the team Admin here - correct me if I'm wrong) are able to upgrade or downgrade your account, switch between monthly and annual billing, add or remove licenses, and cancel your subscription too if needed.

Please note that should you upgrade your account, switch to an annual plan, or add licenses, your subscription will change immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount based on the time remaining from your previous subscription.

However, if you downgrade your current plan or cancel your subscription, you still get to finish any remaining time on your current subscription before the account actually downgrades.

I hope this helps to some extent and if you're still having trouble with this please let me know and we'll take it from there. Thanks in advance for your reply and have a good day!
