Charge on my card, No 12 Digit Code

I have a charge on my card for $19.99 for something i've never signed up for. I don't have a 12 digit code to look up the charge and what it's for. I have never put a debit card on my dropbox account. how did you get my number and charge my card. Very frustrating and annoyed that there is no phone number to call, no online chat! Please help, i want my money back.  Thanks
