Why was I charged money for 2gb but yet it says I don't have enough room for a video I had on here so it didn't download. I want to talk to someone at the company and it won't let me. If I can't get my 2 gb I want my money back

Could you please let me know if you upgraded your Dropbox account through our website or via the app store on a mobile device recently?

 

What is your plan tab reporting at the moment?
