I noticed last month that apple has been charging me for my dropbox subscription each month but my dropbox has never been updated. My dropbox has stopped syncing in the summer or fall of last year.  I can forward receipts from apple showing the charges. I cannot get in touch with somebody regarding this. The bot chat was useless.

Hi there @OMGWHY, welcome to the Dropbox Community.

 

Since you mention that you've been getting charged from Apple for your Dropbox subscription, I'd recommend getting in touch with them, as they'll be able to have a look into this for you.
