Charged fee for Basic Plan

I have charges to my account and yet am on the Basic Plan. This has occurred multiple times. Can someone please contact me regarding this?

Hi there @Charmas75, I'm sorry to hear about that!

 

You can use our charge look up tool to see which account the charges are associated with from here. Does this match the email linked with your account that shows as Basic?

 

Out of curiosity, can you let me if the charge is through Google or Apple? This will mean that the subscription was made through the mobile app and is being handled by the relevant app store.

Hi Daphne.

I am finding it hard to navigate the website and find any information on what these charges are and how they started. This is the correct email address. It is through google and I assume is being debited through paypal or something as there is not transaction ID next to the payment details . I continue to be charged and I don't even use dropbox. I would like to be reminbursed and for a stop to be put in place ASAP please.

Dropbox basic does not have any fees. 

 

If you are being charged via Google Play you need to contact them and get them to stop payments - they are also responsible for any refunds.
