Hi I have upgraded dropbox and immediately realized that I will not use it. Have a different option. I have done all steps (cancelling plan) and have been successful, have back 2 GB. But it means that I have been charged 99 $ plus Tax for using 5 minutes. I have contacted support and nobody answered. Have anybody else experience like this?

Did the system say you'd get a refund? If so it takes a few days to go through. This is due to the card processesors not
However, note that the T&C's do state they do not offer refunds so its not a guarantee - they only offer where they legally have to.

No the system didn't offer a refund and I saw the note that you have mentioned:

And that is the fact:
I know or think that U.S. does not have federal laws affecting returns and refunds But expected that professional companies have got at least Return & Refund Policy. Based on their policy there is up to them whether or not they will give you your money back. I have an experience like this for the first time that I am not able to request a refund and that I have used service for 5 minutes or less because 5 minutes took me to persuade the system that I really don't need an upgrade. And they charged whole year and cancelled immediately upgrade of dropbox. As I saw from a discussion about this topic this is not for the first time, several people had a similar experience. Not exactly the same. Really alarming is that nobody communicates but on the other hand I have received from this timepoint couple of emails trying to offer me upgrade again.
It is a disappointment. In EU there is cancel and return an order within 14 days.
