Charged through Google Play after cancelling through Dropbox. How can I get a refund?

Title says it all. I suscribed to Dropbox Pro in January and cancelled before my payment allegedly began in late February. Today I found two charges on my card during the month of March with a number to Google support, two charges $11.99 each. I want a refund for those two charges as I didn't know you had to cancel on Dropbox AND Google Play. Any help from support is appreciated.

If you upgraded to a paid subscription via Google Play, you'll have to contact them directly. You can find additional info about this, here
