How do I make sure Dropbox no longer has access to my billing information? I have a basic account and no subscription or trial so I can’t seem to find where they have this information to keep charging me. Has anyone had this happen and/or can explain how to make sure the information is no longer accessible?

Hi @Mwatz, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

If you're on a Dropbox Basic plan, then there aren't any card details on that account. It sounds like you might have another Dropbox account which is being charged for.

 

You can locate which account it belongs to by using the card lookup tool with the transaction ID.
