I was notified that my subscription would be renewed however, when I go to find or downgrade my subscription, there is only an upgrade button to pick. I also can't find an email or a place to talk to a real person about this issue. I do not want billed again for this service, however there is no where for me to go. I've followed their tutorial to downgrade and literally that button is not there. WTF - where is an email or phone number to talk to a real live human being.

What plan do you see when you’re signed in on this page? Did you originally subscribe via the site or the mobile app?

 

Lastly, are you able to see any payments on this page?
