Cloud capacity

Hello, how is it possible to communicate directly with Dropbox, since it does not respond to emails?

Capacity my cloud

I sent several emails to Dropbox, with no response, to find out why they decreased my cloud capacity from 6.88GB to 2GB, and so I lost the synchronization of my files. What can I do?

Hey @Gmastri, thanks for reaching out to our Community!

Depending on your plan, you can see your available support options here.

As for your space, what do you see in the plan tab of your account settings?

Did you perhaps have any promotional bonus space that has now expired?

Keep me posted.

Hello, on 13/09/2016 Dropbox informed me that, thanks to my proselytizing activity, my total space had been increased to 6.88 GB, without indicating any deadline, as per the following email. Now the space attributed to me is 2 GB, without being communicated to me.

Dropbox now wants me to upgrade if I want to keep my data synchronized, this behavior does not seem correct to me and I am considering changing cloud, even for a fee.

Did you check the plan tab of your account settings to confirm that your quota was indeed decreased?

If so, can you please send me a screenshot?

Thanks!

The screenshot shows that you're on a Dropbox Basic plan, but I don't see your quota.

This section mentions that Dropbox Basic offers 2 GB, but your actual storage space should be further down the page.

Can you scroll down to see it?
