I didn't succeed to add the free 30GB to my account, after buying a new Lenovo device.

I specifically created a new account for my Lenovo PC.
The article even mentions 100 GB, but I was told 30GB, which is also fine by me 😉

Hey @Rick010, thanks for the details.
It sounds like you didn't receive a pop-up message that prompted you to install the app, and you manually followed the installation process.
Since the device didn't come with the Dropbox desktop application pre-install, in this case, I'm afraid you wouldn't be eligible.
That's why the promotion wasn't applied.
I misunderstood you, sorry!
I created my Dropbox account, when asked during the first start-up of my new Lenovo laptop.
Later I installed the Dropbox app.
