Credit Card charge - unauthorised

Hi,
From three months my Credit Card is charged about 10 eur per month. I had no idea what for is this charge.
Only today I managed to findout more details about it (using some hints given in this community for previous similar issues).
It looks like the charge is done for a monthly subscription, but ordered by an account I do not know. As so, I can not even cancell it.
Could you please contact my in my inbox? I could provide screen shot with details on the bill and email of the order.
I would be very greatful if you could help to sort it out. First, my credit card should not be charged further (but as I am not the user who ordered it, I can not cancel it)
Secondly, i would appriciate your help on refunding of the charges of Jan, Feb and March 2020.

As this is an account/billing related matter, you need to contact Support directly. Issues such as this cannot be handled on a public forum.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users).

Payment/billing problem

I am being charged on my amex.  When I look up the charge with the transaction number....it give me an erra message that it does not match the last 4 of my credit card...but the last 4 of my card is correct.  Therefore I think it's fraud.  How do I speak with a HUMAN to deal with this....also - I have had charges from drop box for ages...that I should have not incurred....  AGAIN....I need to speak with a human.

In order to look into this, you'll need to contact our Support team as Rich mentioned above.

 

Please submit a request towards the bottom of the page here, making sure that you aren't signed into your Dropbox account. You can use an incognito window if you don't want to sign out of the web.

 

In the meantime, please let me know if there is anything else that I can help with.

Charging money without asking permission

I'm sick and tired of that! It's not first case of withdrawal of money from my account! I made a refund two days ago, but it repeats
What am I'm to do? I' m rly sick and tired! Don't be [profanity removed as per Community Guidelines], regarded team of Dropbox Inc.!

I have the same issue in Vancouver. $155 charged in January but we have not set up a Dropbox account. Can anyone help?
