Hi, I need assistance urgently please. $1,577.00 NZD was withdrawn from my account by dropbox. This has happened before and it was addressed immediately and rectified. This time it seems impossible to find any help? I posted here yesterday and was told to go to billing and payment - filled out the form and it tells me there is a problem with the form so I am unable to submit because I don't know what the problem is on the form? Please can I receive a direct email so I can get this problem sorted. Appreciate assistance.
