Hi, I have had a significant amount of money withdrawn from my account and I urgently need customer support.  

Can someone please help me?

Can you take a look at Walter's reply here? 

Also, if you're not sure which account is linked to a payment, you can also look up a charge online on your end.

Hi Lori, I need to communicate directly with someone who can assist me with this withdrawal - the billing is not helpful as this has happened before and possibly fraudulent.  I need customer service and I cannot find immediate contact support.  

Money Withdrawn Without Permission - Urgent Help Please

Hi, I need assistance urgently please.  $1,577.00 NZD was withdrawn from my account by dropbox.  This has happened before and it was addressed immediately and rectified.  This time it seems impossible to find any help?  I posted here yesterday and was told to go to billing and payment - filled out the form and it tells me there is a problem with the form so I am unable to submit because I don't know what the problem is on the form?  Please can I receive a direct email so I can get this problem sorted.  Appreciate assistance.
