Hi! Once again I have an issue with the total size of my account, dropbox states is 24gb, it's actually 6gb...
I cant get in contact woth their support team, do you guys know how I can get in contact with them?

How do you know its 6gb? You wont be able to look at all the files on your computer when you are over quota because syncing stops.
Also, remember, shared folders and those you selective sync' off the machine are also included in your quota.
