hello community. I need some assitance. I'm not getting a satisfactory response from the support team. I need to change / update  my billing information / details and change in currency. Everytime I input my new card details the platform won't let me. Any suggestions how I address this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the help you received from our support team; could you let me know your ticket's ID so I can locate your interaction?

In regards to your concern now, assuming that you're on an ongoing paid subscripton, if you do require to change your currency, we will first need to downgrade your account and then re-upgrade it with a billing country that allows for your desired currency. This can only happen at your next renewal date and only if you have a way to pay from that billing country.

You can mark your account to downgrade and then, re-upgrade after the end of your current billing cycle (after the actual downgrade has taken effect).
