Hello everyone. After deleting a dropbox account, will you be able to register in the future using the same email?

Do you have any idea why I am not able to do so? 

My account has been deleted. When I try to create new account I am unable to to it with the same email address because "your account has been used before, try to log in", but neither can I log in as I am told "Your account has been deleted". 

Any help is much appreciated!

Does the same thing happen when you try using a different email address?

Thank you for your reply! 

No, it is only with this one email address that there is an issue. 
I spoke to DB yesterday and they tell me that if I am deleted I can't create a new account with the same email. I have to be changed from a team member to an individual instead.

It sounds like you were part of a Business team, right @GHPENH25

If so, have you tried contacting the team's admin about this?
