Delete an account, admin doesn't have access

Hi, our dropbox team admin's email has been deleted. Now that admin is no longer with the company. Can you help me do one of the following:
 
A) delete our dropbox account and start a new one
B) add someone myself as an admin

Hey @Sce1; welcome aboard and happy Friday!

 

To be honest, situation like these are one the main reasons we always recommend  having a minimum of 2 admins on every Dropbox Business account.

 

If your IT policy and practices allow you to recreate the email address associated with the Dropbox account of your team's admin, you can then send a password reset email for that account with this link:

 

https://www.dropbox.com/forgot

 

Let me know if that's not an option and we'll take it from there.
