Hello,

 

There's no option to delete my account from the settings tab or the plan tab. All the instructions online say to go to these tabs, but there's literally no option there to delete an account. I want to permanently delete an account.

I found another menu elsewhere to disband a team that had no members but myself, and then the "delete account" option finally popped up in settings. Thank you both for your help - it actually pointed me in the right direction. Goodbye.

Leave any Team you are in first and then they will appear.

Hey @nono5 , thanks for posting in our Community!

 

Indeed, is it possible that you might be a member of a Dropbox Business team or have an active or expired Business trial?

 

You can check that in the Plan tab of your account settings.

Thank you. Under the plan tab it says I'm a member of a Business Standard trial, but that the trial has ended. In the teams member section, there's nobody.
