If i delete my account will that cancel my subscription???

To directly get to the chase, I'd suggest cancelling your subscription before deleting your account; just to be on the safe side.

it is a free trial and i am having trouble cancelling before renewal where i will be charged

I see; thanks for the additional information, Sandra. 

Can you please let me know what is your account's plan tab reporting at the moment? 

If you see that you're on the Basic plan, you must have already cancelled your trial successfully.
