I have 2 email addresses associated with Dropbox plus. I have been charged for the one email address for over a year and want to delete that membership. I've been onto the admin console but am unable to delete it. Could someone help? I am VERY frustrated with Dropbox - there is never anyone to talk to

Sorry to hear you are frustrated @EmmaB1. Thanks for reaching out. 

Phone support is offered only to Business team accounts at the time. 

I understand that you wish to cancel one of your Plus accounts. Make sure to locate the confirmation email of your cancellation our system will send when the cancellation is successful. Check the spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. 

Alternatively, you can contact our support to cancel for you. 

We are unable to help with billing requests via the Community. We have no access to your account or any details.
