Dell free 20gb promotion doesnt let me sign into my existing account

i bought a Dell laptop and it came with a free 20GB dropbox storage for a year. I am unable to avail this promotion because i already have an existing account and the app window dont show me an option to select existing account.

Actually, Omar - after looking at your screenshot, it looks like you clicked on 'sign up' rather than 'sign in'.

The previous screen should look like this:

no that screenshot i posted is the first screen showing on my laptop. Its the screen which opens each time i click the app icon in my laptop.
if there is a previous screen i dont know how to access it. Ive tried pressing "backspace" but it doesnt work

Hi, I'm having the same issue.  Laptop just arrived and the Dropbox promotion page appeared.  But no sign in, only sign up and no previous page.  Searched computer for all links to Dropbox, and the two I found both go to the same page for creating an account.  Any suggestions?

i have the same issue, bought a dell laptop as well and the app window don't show me an option to select existing account (only sign up).
