I bought this laptop from Best Buy and have been setting it up. The Dell / Dropbox promo notification popped up and I created a new account, excited for the 20 GB of storage. But, my account only shows 2 GB.
And, since I bought the laptop after September 1st, it appears the storage amount should be 100 GB

Hey @ControlAltRepeat, thanks for reaching out to us.
Could you make sure that you're signed in on the same account that should have redeemed the promotional space?

Thanks for posting @dkputti!
Just to clarify, did you have the time to check the other eligibility points in that article?
This is in the FAQ section under the table, for example, was the app pre-loaded on your device?
Keep me posted with your findings!

Hello,
I signed up with this account to redeem the Dell 100GB promotion on the preinstalled software. It downloaded a file Dropbox promotion > Dropbox > Dropbox Installer.exe. I ran this programme and still only have 2 GB.
Could you help?
Thanks,

Great thanks!
@Lusill I have the same account on this forum/online dropbox as signed into on my computer
I followed the linkto the letter:
I clicked "Dell Dropbox Promotion" signed up an account with this email addresss, and then as before it downloaded a new file in Download > Dropbox promotion > Dropbox > Dropbox Installer.exe.
I ran the installer and came up with 2 GB.
For the FAQ:
1) Only 1 device
2) No transfer requested
3) It is a new device
4) a) I believe I havent siged up for a Dell deal before, maybe I have ~10 years ago - can you check? But I thought this was a new account!
b) It was preloaded
c) It is new
d) I think this is a new user (and the promotion applies to both in this case!)
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Thanks for all the additional information, @hvllmmppwiclkjsubxbl!
