Dell special offer does not work

Explorer | Level 3

When I purchased my Dell XPS, I received 20 GB extra for a year. Now I have a message saying it expires in 14 days, but also: "Upgrade now to Dropbox Plus and get a special offer when you upgrade". This special offer is nowhere to be seen. What is wrong?

Thanks for the screenshots, @Spav. Can you go ahead and submit a ticket here, so an agent can have a closer look at your account, and advise?

Actually, no. If it takes this amount of work to become a customer, I really don't want to know what happens if I really need help with an issue. I'll take my business to Google.
