Hi there,

I have a free Dropbox account and has just receive this message:

But the account is way below the limit:

Can I ignore the warning? Don't want to be cancelled.

Many thanks, boon474.

Hey @Boon474, thanks for letting us know about this.

Can you just double check if you see the same email address in your account settings, as the one that this email went to?

If they're two different addresses, it would seem that you have two different Dropbox accounts.

Let me know what you find!

Hi there,

Thank you so much for this reply. You're right. It's not my account. It belongs to my wife and I was sharing the email account with her and got confused. I've helped her sort it out now. All good.
