Dear Support,
I have the same issue as in this post. I followed the steps in Lenovo Welcome but did not get 30GB. I also checked this article but it did not help. Could you pleas check internally?

Did you create a new Dropbox account on the Welcome app, or did you sign into an existing account?
Currently, the promotional offer is only for new accounts created via that app.
