First time here. I read 3 discussions related to my problem and all 3 failed to help.
I am missing the extra 25gb of space I was given when I bought my laptop a week or so ago. I've logged into Dropbox on my laptop and my phone yet it still only shows that I have 2gb total space. I have the email that states, "You've successfully linked your HP device to Dropbox! We've awarded your account with 25 GB of bonus space for the next 12 months." So what am I missing?

Check what email address that bonus space email went to - at a guess you accidentally have 2 accounts
