Didn't get my promotional quota from my new laptop

I bought a new laptop and got this 20GB offer. I clicked and signed in to the account and completed the steps as the process told me to do so.

Still me account is not upgraded to 20GB for an year and not finding any suitable response in this regards.

I already had tried uninstalling and reinstallation and now am fad up of trying.

Kindly help me out in this regards.

If you've not already claimed laptop promo space before (it is limited to one per account) you need to log a ticket with support: www.dropbox.com/support

HOWEVER by having uninstalled and reinstalled you may have caused issues. Only the specific versions installed at factory level are eligible for space, none others will work.

You can log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support and track at http://dropbox.zendesk.com

Thats incorrect eprombil - this promotion in question is available to any Dropbox user at all (excluding I believe business users)
