I got a promotional offer of opening a 25 GB Dropbox account along with the purchase of an HP laptop. I had a new account created and I havent used the promotional offer in the past. However, the account that was created came only with 2GB.. How do I get it upgraded to 25GB. I am unable to contact customer support or log in a ticket. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Did you create your account through the Dropbox site, or via the pre-installed app? Could you check to see if your account is eligible for the promotion from this page?

Thank you Jay! I created the account through the pre-installed app. However, the installation was stuck for a long time. I then had to manually install the app through dropbox site.
