Didn't get the promotional offer of my new (HP) laptop (Year- 2020)

I received an offer of around 100 GB of storage for buying a new HP laptop, but even though I signed in there and followed the steps, I didn't get the offer. I also tried going here and following the steps

but still nothing.

Thanks for the clarification @AsishPC

 

As the Help Center article you linked to outlines, you're only eligible to redeem the same type of promotional deal once.

 

For instance, you can't redeem the HP promotion more than once, even if you buy multiple eligible HP devices.

 

Also, each user is only eligible for one promotion of this type for a single account.

 

This means that you'll probably need to create another account using another email address of yours to redeem this specific promotion. 

 

I hope this clarifies matters and I'm always around in case you have any more questions.

I'm not sure if that's the case, but did you use a promotion from another HP device of yours on your account in the past?

Yes. It was in 2015 (25 GB).

I am also having the same issue as I bought a Hp laptop 3 days ago and I am not able to redeem the 100GB offer as by default I got 27GB when proceeded through the pop up shown in my Hp laptop

I am having the same issue, brand new HP laptop purchased in November (arrived in December) and I am using a new dropbox account and have not recieved a previous HP promotional offer... I can not find steps to solve this anywhere. Everything just says to log in and presto. I am logged in, but no presto.

I have not. I think I just accidentally closed the initial Dropbox pop up and then could never find the offer again
