The dropbox account I have, has always been managed by my son. When I paid this year (2021) I by accicent used my own email address now we would like to rectify this but we do not know how to - should he log in with his password or should I (I do not remember what my passport is as the system keeps on telling me it is wrong)?
Please could you assist as the money has been paid but my dropbox is no longer updating.
